United Merchants Buys Summit 17 Office Center for $4.2M - Buyer to Occupy 16,500 SF in Three-Story Building

United Merchants purchased a three-story office building at 255 Route 17 in Hackensack, NJ $4.2 million, or approximately $127 per square foot.

The 33,000-square-foot building was built in 1987. Robert Morris and Michael Cardone of David Hirshman Realty Co. represented the buyer, while Amy Cole of Lee & Klatskins Associates represented the seller, Summit 17 Holding Corp. United Merchants will occupy the entire third floor of 16,500 square feet.
