Franklin Assets purchased 168 Franklin Turnpike in Waldwick, NJ from Waldwick Medical Inc. The property sold for $4.2 million, or approximately $97.50 per square foot.

This 43,000-square-foot, single-story building is on 2.5 acres. The property was fully occupied at the time of the sale.
