David Hirschman is at the helm of David Hirschman Realty Company, Inc., a professional full-service brokerage company, and HRM—both based in Paramus, N.J. As a real estate veteran for over 40 years, David has successfully cultivated relationships with area developers, owners, banks, tenants and brokers, and lives up to his reputation as “deal-maker” with his smart negotiations on behalf of clients. A member of the New York Bar Association, David is also past president of the Y-JCC of Bergen County, where he remains an active Board Member. David is a graduate of New York University and Brooklyn Law School.
 
Philip James Lange, Vice President of Management, Hirschman Realty Management, LLC
Philip James Lange is the Vice President of Management for Hirschman Realty Management, LLC. Philip personally responds to tenants’ needs, ensuring excellent service, immediate responses and proper follow through. He manages vendor relationships, ensuring high quality subcontractors are hired for the buildings’ daily technical aspects. Philip is a specialist in residential and commercial construction, including excavation, foundations, septic systems, framing, roofing and plumbing. Prior to joining Hirschman Realty Management, LLC, Philip was responsible for coordinating subcontracting, labor supervision and customer relations for Shenk Builders of NY, Inc. One of Philip’s proudest accomplishments is the design and building of a 2,600 square foot passive solar home for his family in upstate New York.
