David Hirschman is at the helm of David Hirschman Realty Company, a full-service brokerage company, based in Paramus, NJ David is also president of Hirschman Realty Management, the property management company he founded. As a real estate veteran for more than three decades, David has successfully cultivated relationships with area developers, owners, banks, tenants and brokers, and lives up to his reputation as “deal-maker” with his smart negotiations on behalf of clients. A member of the New York Bar Association, David is also past president of the Y-JCC of Bergen County, where he remains an active Board Member. David is a graduate of New York University and Brooklyn Law School.

Robert Morris is a dedicated real estate professional. As Vice President and Sales Manager, he has successfully leased and sold office, retail, warehouse and investment properties – ranging up to 43,000 sq. ft. Prior to joining Hirschman Realty, Robert was a Sales Manager with Weichert Commercial Brokerage and McBride Corporate Real Estate.
Robert's most significant contributions include: the sale of a 43,000 sq. ft. investment property in Waldwick, NJ and the leasing of a 32,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Nanuet, NY. Robert attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Darren McGowen joined David Hirschman Realty Company as a savvy sales associate, focusing on the leasing of office and medical space in the Bergen County market. He soon earned the title of Vice President and has expanded his level of management responsibilities.
Prior to joining Hirschman Realty, Darren was employed as an assistant Golf Professional and played tournament golf professionally. Darren’s most significant contributions include the leasing of 12, 500 sq. ft. of medical space in Englewood, NJ and the sale of a 10,000 sq. ft. office building in Hillsdale, NJ.
