As Vice President of Hirschman Realty Management, Philip personally responds to tenants’ needs, ensuring excellent service, immediate responses and proper follow through.  He manages vendor relationships, ensuring high quality subcontractors are hired for the buildings’ daily technical aspects.  Philip is a specialist in residential and commercial construction, including excavation, foundations, septic systems, framing, roofing and plumbing.  Prior to joining Hirschman Realty Management, LLC, Philip was responsible for coordinating subcontracting, labor supervision and customer relations for Shenk Builders of NY, Inc.  One of Philip’s proudest accomplishments is the design and building of a 2,600 square foot passive solar home for his family in upstate New York.
