Mr. Bremmer joined David Hirschman Realty, Inc. as Senior Vice President in 2002.  In this position he specializes in the sale and lease of industrial properties in Northern New Jersey and Rockland County in New York.  He also has extensive experience with redeveloping functionally obsolete industrial buildings into updated, retail, industrial and residential properties. 

Prior to David Hirschman Realty, Inc., Mr. Bremmer worked as a Senior Broker and Partner with C.B. Snyder Realty, Inc., where he began his commercial real estate career in 1988 as a sales associate.  Mr. Bremmer attended King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA where here received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.  His most notable contributions have been the sale of 85,750 sq. ft. of industrial space in Rockleigh, NJ and the lease of a 50,000 sq. ft industrial space in Mountainside, NJ.
